Everyone knows Christian Siriano as winner of Project Runway. But, did you know he was going to be designing a line for Payless?! The first thing I noticed besides those boots were the studded heels and how much they resembled Rodarte heels. Eh not too sure about that one ..
However, I'm definitely into these boots. I have my heart set on that last boot. What do you ladies think. Yes or No? Price range for this collection will be $25-$45
