DTY DIY: HOW TO MAKE A TUTU: NO SEWING REQUIRED
I have been wanting to make a TuTu for my niece so when she come's to visit we cud play princess and once I seen how easy it was I thought I would make myself one too..who knows maybe everyone will get on for Christmas.
