I had mixed feelings about salonge at first; thought the same like everyone else ["she's not beyonce"]. After seeing her perform live at the house of blues; I change my mind. Shes a pretty good performer, she sounds good live, her band is killer, & her style is way different than what else is being put out. She has that "waay back, diana ross, dreamgirls" type steez. I respect her as an artist. The video, just like any other video (these days) is random.
lol @ beyonce stealing her shine; who's shine isn't she stealing? After "single ladies", other female artist better step their game up. Beyonce is always killin the game.

I LOVE solange and i think the video is incredible her baby daddy is MAD somewhere cursing under his breathe right now LOL
i love the ending and i bought Solo's Album i think it was great
SOLANGE is an artist she creates art, NOT to talk bad about Beyonce BUT Solange is the real ARTIST Bey on the other hand has no originality ....BUT she definitely has the voice in the family
I have no idea about how I feel about Solo....I totally feel like Beyonce stole her shine..even though SHE IS DIFF...everyone just put her on the back burner... :(

hmm about beyonce stealing her shine i feel like thats unfair. just because thats her sister -- they still in a competitive game. beyonce cant waste time putting her music on hold so solange album cud sell. it dropped a minute ago. it didnt sell. NEXT. i really liked solange's album but that doesnt mean that bey shud cloud her fame so that solo cud make it. solange just doesnt have that mass appeal that bey has. and thats not even concerning talent. thats concerning fan base. bey had fans carrying over from the destiny days and thats concrete fans that arent leaving. not only doesnt solange have that -- but she also appears on tv and in magazines and has a stink attitude and is very hostile when associated with her sister. i understand shes tryna be her own person and artist -- but i mean be real. she doesnt have to be rude. and any fans she cuda possibly acquired from bey are just gone now with her constant shunning her sister. she def bragged how she broke all bey's trophies when they were smaller becuz she was sick of it always being about her. shes a grown ass woman. come on...
i like solange way better than beyonce. like someone else said she's more artistic than beyonce. solange has actually spent some time over seas and has tried to dabble in some other genres of music. she really likes techno and house music. beyonce has gone tooooo main stream. i feel her music isn't that meaningful anymore. single ladies was hott but for about a week then it was played. it was just like every other song. even that boy one she put out didn't do much for me. i definately like this video even if it's random, at least it makes you think and wonder a little. it's not like every other "lemme-get-back-at-my-ex" video, this took some thought! lol
it's like when they finished shooting if i were a boy, they told solange it was her turn and she got the hand me down set...poor ting....
