I love Zooey, She's halarious even when she's not trying to be, talking real talk & she it back to back with Jim Jones on the current issue of Complex of course thanks to the internet you dont have to dish the change to read her story but for the rest of the goods get to the newsstand.

You don’t buy into the hype?
Zooey Deschanel: My philosophy is that art should be as pure as possible, and as much as there is a separate component of audience reaction, whatever creative things I do should be unaffected. I don’t ever want to do something in anticipation of someone. The more you guess what people are going to like and dislike, to me, that is corrupting the product.

Zooey Deschanel: I don’t know her!
“My Drink and My Two-Step.”
Zooey Deschanel: That sounds like a country-western song.
Excellent. Last one: Goonie Goo-Goos.
Zooey Deschanel: What?

Zooey Deschanel: I have no idea what that is.
Yeah, to be perfectly honest, I’m not sure anybody does.
